Mr. Schlemmer has served on the Board of Aldermen since May 2011. He was appointed to Mayor in September of 2015. He has been a resident of Jones Creek for over 50 years and has proudly been employed for the same company for over 25 years. His main purpose as Alderman is to give every resident of Jones Creek a voice in their City Government. He enjoys being able to work so well with his fellow aldermen and is proud of the great decisions they have been able to make together.
Mr. Jeffers has been a resident of Jones Creek for over 40 years. He has been a local small business owner for the past 30 years and worked for 17 years in the petro-chemical field. He has served as Alderman since 2011 and his main goal is to give the majority of our residents a voice in our Village government. Mr. Jeffers accredits all benefitting decisions made by the Village to being a joint decision of all Aldermen and Village Employees.
Mr. Taylor has served on the Board of Aldermen since 2011. He currently serves as Mayor Pro Tem. In the past, he has served on the Brazoria City Council, was a commissioner for the West of the Brazos Drainage District, and a Board Chairman for the Brazoria County Parks Department. He and his wife have been married for 45 years and he has been a rancher in Jones Creek since 1954. His goal as Alderman is to keep an honest, open door between the citizens and the Board of Aldermen.
Mr. Jordan is currently serving his fourth year as Alderman at Large. He and his wife have lived in Jones Creek for the last 15 years and have raised two sons. He served in the United States Army, volunteered as a Little League board member for 4 years, and has coached baseball for 15 years. He hopes to serve his office as well as others have done before him. His aspiration is to keep the Village of Jones Creek as one of the best towns in Texas.
Mr. Doyle was appointed to the Board of Aldermen in 2015.
