Code Enforcement

The Village of Jones Creek has several Ordinances that determine the condition of residents' properties. The Code Enforcement Officer determines if the properties within the Village are in compliance with the Ordinances. Properties that are found not in compliance are mailed a formal letter with instructions and information of the violation and how to correct it. Property owners that do not comply within a set amount of time are subject to a fine not to exceed $500.00.

The following are Code Enforceable Ordinances
