Fireworks Prohibited in Jones Creek City Limits

The Village of Jones Creek has adopted an ordinance (Ord. 451) for the 2009 National Fire code and in this code the following is listed:

CHAPTER 33

EXPLOSIVES AND FIREWORKS

3301.1.3 Fireworks. The possession, manufacture, storage, sale, handling and use of fireworks are prohibited.
