Permitting Department

The Village of Jones Creek requires its residents to obtain permits for certain types of building issues. We want to ensure that when work is being done to your home, it is done safely and securely and is in compliance with the International Building Code. Our residents' safety is very important to us and we want to make sure your home is a safe haven.

Permits & Inspections

To obtain a permit, select Applications and Information tab and select the appropriate application. All permits must be applied for prior to beginning construction.

To apply for a permit, please email the completed application to trash.jonescreek@gmail.com or bring completed forms by City Hall. Once all required documents and fees are submitted please allow at least 10 business days for permit issuance and/or plan review.

The Building Inspection Department will need to review your application before construction can commence.
