Village of Jones Creek Municipal Court

The Village of Jones Creek Municipal Court provides legal dispositions of Class C Misdemeanor charges filed within the jurisdiction of the Village of Jones Creek, collects fines imposed by the Municipal Judges, issues warrants, manages the docket, arranges Judge and Jury trials, and more.

PLEASE DO NOT APPEAR OR CALL THE SAME DAY YOU RECEIVE THE CITATION. ALLOW 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM VIOLATION DATE BEFORE CONTACTING THE COURT. 

Visiting the Court

The Jones Creek Municipal Court is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and is located at 7207 Stephen F. Austin Road, Jones Creek, Texas.

Citations

Individuals issued a citation by a Deputy Marshal are encouraged to contact the Judge on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 8 am to 5 pm or the Court Clerk on Monday - Friday from 8am - 5 pm when City Hall is open. You may also make arrangements for your ticket by completely filling out and mailing or emailing in a Reply Form  or Spanish Reply Form (please read all instructions on the form). Completed form may be emailed to judge.widner@yahoo.com 

The Court only accepts cash, money orders, or credit/debit cards as forms of payment. If paying with a debit/credit card, a 3% fee will be applied. - The Court does not accept coins or personal checks.
