Annual Animal Registration

The Village of Jones Creek requires you to register your animal(s) annually.  To do so, please bring the Animal Registration Form, and a copy of the animal's rabies vaccination certificate. A form needs to be filled out for each animal at the residence. A tag will be given to you upon registration.

Registration Fees

• $5.00 for spayed/neutered animals
• $10.00 for unaltered animals.
