Board of Adjustments

The Board of Adjustments serves as an overseer for all Building Inspection issues.  Residents who have either failed to abide by the Building Code Ordinances of Jones Creek feel they have been treated unfairly by the building inspector or who need certain types of variances are brought before the Board for consideration. Members of the Board of Adjustments are appointed by the Board of Aldermen.

The Board of Adjustments holds meetings when an application for a variance is submitted.
