Marshal Tidwell

 Marshal Tidwell is a lifetime resident of Jones Creek. Over the years, Marshal Tidwell has served the residents of Jones Creek in many different ways. Some of which include Fire Chief for seven years,  service on city council as an Aldermen for four years and Mayor Pro Tem for two years, service as the leader of the Jones Creek 4-H and Peach Point 4-h, a member of the Brazoria County Fair association, a member of the Brazoria County Calvary, and more. He joined the Marshal's office in June of 1982 and became Marshal in 2009. He holds a Masters Peace Officer Certification. Marshal Tidwell was named officer of the year in 2011 and during the course of his career has received three prestigious lifesaving awards. 

Marshal Tidwell is proud to wake up each day and have the honor of serving the residents of Jones Creek. He wants every citizen to know they can reach out to him with any problem, issue, or concern no matter how big or small it may be.
