Obtaining Police and Crash Reports

If you would like to request a copy of a Jones Creek Marshal's Office report, please fill out an information request form and email it to knew@jonescreektx.org or call Chief Deputy New at (979)230-8740. The cost of items requested well be determined by the established fee schedule.
 

Close Patrols

The Jones Creek Marshal's Office offers its citizens the pleasure of peace of mind through the close patrol program. If you feel that your property or home needs to be monitored closely for a period of time for any reason you can rest assured your home is being protected by filling out a Close Patrol Form. Email the completed form to knew@jonescreektx.org or return it to the Marshal's Office.

Outreach Program

The Outreach Program was designed for individuals who want the added security of having the Marshal's Office checking on them on a regular basis. These may be individuals who either live alone, have a medical condition, need some type of assistance, or feel they need to be contacted for security.

The Marshal's Office utilizes the Notification System to call these residents three times a week; Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The residents are greeted with a recording from Marshal William Tidwell and are instructed to hang up and call City Hall. If City Hall does not hear from a resident within a specified amount of time a deputy is sent to the resident's home.

Notification System 

The Jones Creek Marshal's Office utilizes a web-based message system to contact residents via phone call, email or text message. The system is used to inform the community of community events, road closures, and important information during emergency events. If you would like to sign up for the notification system please fill out a notification system request form and email it to knew@jonescreektx.org or return it to the Marshal's Office.
