Veterans' Memorial

The Village of Jones Creek is proud to be a Purple Heart Village and have a beautiful Veterans' Memorial located at City Hall. 

You can purchase an engraved plaques to recognize someone who has served or is currently serving their country  in the Armed Forces. Armed Forces include: U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and Armed Guard of Merchant Marines. These plaques are added to the Veterans' Memorial and are a lasting tribute to Jones Creek Veteran's. You can find more information about the plaques here.

If you would like to purchase a plaque to be added to the memorial please fill out a plaque application form and mail it along with payment to:
