Trash Rules & Prohibited Items
Trash pickup will be Thursday of each week.
(Please place your container(s) out the evening before. Your container MUST be out no later than 5 a.m. Thursday morning.)
Bills are due on the 10th of every month. Billing is processed on the 20th of every month.
(If you become delinquent you will be sent a letter that has further instructions, or carts will be removed.)

Items that will not be picked up include the following:
- Ammunition or, anything radioactive, volatile, corrosive, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, biohazardous, toxic or hazardous material as defined by applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
- Asbestos
- Ashes, hot or cold
- Automobile batteries
- Compact fluorescent bulbs & tubes (CFL)
- Dead animals
- Dirt, rocks, or concrete
- Electronic waste (computers, TV, and more)
- Household hazardous waste
- Liquid waste like paint
- Motor oil
- Pharmaceuticals, Medical waste or Sharps (needles or syringes)
- Tires
- Un-bagged packing pellets or sawdust
- Construction and Demolition Debris ( included but not limited to: concrete, rock, dirt, wood, roofing, and drywall). Residential customers may be required to contact Hauler and arrange for a dumpster or roll-off container for the disposal of Construction and Demolition Debris.
- Tree or shrub branches exceeding 3 inches in diameter shall not be considered "yard waste" and Hauler has no obligation to collect. (Acceptable "Yard Waste" leaves, brush, grass clippings, shrub and tree pruning(must be tied in a bundle not exceeding two (2) feet in firth and not exceeding four (4) feet in length, and not exceeding two (2) yards total.)
